Filing a claim is super straightforward compared to other pet insurance companies. Our vet handled everything through the internet, and we got an acknowledgment on the same day. Why promote pet insurance for pre-existing conditions and then not provide a quote?!

The team was super helpful and quick when it came to processing claims. I ended up switching to another provider since Animal Friends doesn’t include dental coverage and their lifetime plans were pricier than others. It’s a bummer. If their prices were lower and they offered dental, I would’ve been more than happy to stick around. But with my cats aging, I really need that extra peace of mind.

Truly amazing experience. Over the past year, I've submitted three claims with them. One was after I paid the vet upfront, and the other two were filed directly by the vets. Both ways were quick and hassle-free. Each time my renewal came around, I checked prices with other companies, but Animal Friends always had competitive rates, especially as my cat aged. Even if they weren't the cheapest, I probably would’ve stuck with them for the peace of mind. Unfortunately, my cat passed away this week, and after I completed the claim, they automatically canceled my policy, which was one less thing to worry about. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future.
